Monteverdi e il suo tempo

The official debut of the newly founded vocal ensemble for early music DAI MONTI VERDI with the participation of Yavor Genov performing basso continuo. Our concert is titled ‘Monteverdi and his time’. On the 15th December, Friday, from 18:00 in the Aula of Sofia University, we will present a rich programme of secular madrigals, including a madrigal from every book by Claudio Monteverdi in honour of the 450th anniversary of his birth.
